C\u2019est une\ndanse libre qui s\u2019inspire de la nature et de diverses traditions,\ntelles que le But\u00f4, le Taiji, le th\u00e9\u00e2tre N\u00f4 et Shinto, la danse\nsacr\u00e9e indienne, la danse derviche qui mettent en harmonie le corps,\nl\u2019\u00e2me et l\u2019esprit. Elle est bas\u00e9e sur le principe de l\u2019\u00e9nergie\nqui est pr\u00e9sente en nous et tout autour de nous. Elle ne n\u00e9cessite\naucun pr\u00e9requis.
